Order Information: Return Policy
ORO-VERDE-NH. COM and
EXETER JEWELERS INC.
has a 30 day Return Policy.
All merchandise being returned by mail to ORO-VERDE-NH.
COM will require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
and must be returned with original packing material in it` s original
condition with tags still attached .If appraisals or grading reports were
sent with the item they must also be returned with the item.
Grading reports carry a replacement fee of $275.00.
Any item that has been modified from it's original condition
in any way will not be deemed acceptable for return, exchange, credit
or refund. The package being returned must have requires a signature of
receipt by an authorized person in our Returns department.
The RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
MUST be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. To receive your
RMA number please review your order

Number
Please be advised that the shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable. There are also no returns on Special
Orders or any items that have been custom-made ,custom altered or custom
sized to the specifications of the customer.

for return shipping or insurance charges for items being returned
. It is in your best interest to insure items
being returned for their full value in case of theft or loss during
transit .Please follow up with our customer service department in 2-3
weeks after
returned items have been shipped if you have not received notice of refund
, exchange, or credit by email to insure that your items have been
received by our warehouse.
Refunds. exchanges, or credits will be posted after careful inspection.
All refunds exchanges ,or credit will be issued after careful inspection
by our quality control team

will be held responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
It is our policy that if you decide to
return a loose or other gradable piece of diamond jewelry that you had
ordered from us and you requested a grading report we will expect upon
return of said jewelry the grading report will need to accompany
the returned merchandise Grading reports are very detailed, lengthy and
costly as they are created in diamond laboratories by diamond grading
experts and thus making them expensive to replicate. This is why we
insist on the grading report being returned with the item of jewelry.
If appraisals or grading reports were sent with the item they must also
be returned with the item. Grading reports carry a replacement fee of
$275.00.
Purchasing comparison items is
strictly discouraged. In order to better serve you and keep our prices
low we must insist that you do not but several items for comparison with
the intent of keeping one and returning the rest. This creates loss of
time ,restocking problems and will only serve to increase our overhead.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Although we make every effort to insure that all
the items we ship leave our warehouse in perfect condition, sometimes
there are unforeseen problems in transit and /or accidents may occur.
Please remember that items are shipped to you insured and your payment
will be credited to your account as long as the damage is reported
immediately.
We would like you to inspect the package upon it s delivery to to you
before signing for it to make sure the packaging and it` s contents have
come to you in the best condition and are undamaged.
Be sure to keep all original packaging if you do notice damage and
please tell delivery person of the problem so that they make note of
damage report on their paperwork and then notify the carrier `s
local office to request a Damage Inspection Report. Please contact our
customer service department with any questions.
EXCHANGING GIFTS
If you have received a gift purchased at ORO-VERDE-NH. COM
or EXETER JEWELERS INC
and wish to return it we will gladly issue you a store credit for the
purchase price under the condition that the item being returned
may not have been altered in any way from it` s original condition and
it
may not have been a custom
sized or a custom ordered item and the said item must be it` s original
condition with original tags still attached.
Items that have been custom sized or custom ordered may not be returned.
The same conditions for returns apply as stated for any return above. You
must have an RMA number and it must be
clearly displayed on the package and the package will require a
signature upon receipt at our warehouse.

questions. Please note that all shipping and handling charges for all
returns are solely the responsibility of the person returning said
items.
The return process can be summed up in the following way:
GET YOUR RMA -RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number by
calling us or by going through our online
process. Write your RMA on all sides of package and on your
original invoice.
PACKAGE YOUR RETURN Put all the
original packaging material in the box including any appraisals or
grading reports( Grading Reports carry a $ 250.00 replacement fee).

have the price you have paid on your original invoice for the item being returned.
If Valued less than $500.00 you may use any carrier you wish-
Fed Ex, UPS or USPS . Insure item for full value and get a return
receipt for confirmation that your returnieditem has reached our
offices.
If Valued at more than $500.00 ship your returning item via
USPS - United States Postal Service . Send
package by REGISTERED MAIL and insure
package for it` s total Value and request a return receipt
for confirmation that your returned item has reached our offices.
NOTE- FED-EX and UPS will not insure any items valued over $500.00
