The shipping date of your order will depend upon the shipping method you choose. The shipping times are calculated by the number of business days ( Monday - Friday) required prior to item being readied ( Handling and Packaging) for shipping.

Remember please, that shipping time does nor actually represent your actual delivery date. Your delivery date is dependant upon the delivery times required by your carrier or upon the shipping method you have chosen. Sometimes we may experience "sell outs" because of an great amount of attention to a particular item. It is possible on these occasions that we may be out of stock before we are able to post the items as a "Sell Out" on our web site. In this case, we will work hard with the designers to try and get another shipment as quickly as possible but please keep in mind that most of our items are imported and because of that reason there may be delays. In those instances we will make every effort to contact you by phone or by email to update you on the status of your order. We will also hopefully be able to give you a new shipping date and at this opportunity you can decide whether you wish to wait for your order or choose a substitute item from our vast and varied collection.

This will help to make sure that you order is safe in transit to you It is for your added protection that we require a signature upon acceptance of your package by you or by someone authorized to accept package on your behalf even if you have signature waivers posted with a carrier.

SHIPPING TO ADDRESSES OTHER THAN YOUR OWN
Of course, we can ship to an address other that your home, business or billing address. We would like to request that you have this alternate address on file with your credit card company for your own security and piece of mind or we will not be able to ship tp the alternative address. We will confirm that your credit card or finance company has this alternate shipping address in their files. To assist us in expediting your order, please call your credit card company and /or issuing bank to provide them with your alternative shipping address.

If your order will be shipped to an APO or FPO address it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and the following will apply. Delivery to the above usually occurs within four business days from date of shipment. Because APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a bit longer to arrive at it`s destination. No signature will be required upon receipt of package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
At the present time we also ship internationally only to APO's and FPO's and to Canada (UPS STANDARD to Canada).

We are presently offering International Shipping to most countries. Shipping charges to each country will vary and you will need to call the store at (001) 603 772 4511 to get the expected charges for shipment and insurance. Exeter Jewelers is not responsible for Taxes, Surcharges and Custom charges you may levied from country of destination. These are your responsibility to pay.

All jewelry and gift orders will be packaged in a very attractive manner and we will gladly GIFT WRAP and INSERT GIFT CARD at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Diamond jewelry will be presented in a white leather jewelry box and all diamond rings will be presented in a beautifully finished natural wooden box with a cherry finish.

Shipping and Handling charges are calculated on the cost of the item as well as it's final destination. Shipping time to Canada should be the same as most other orders unless Customs holds your package for inspection which may cause a delay in your receipt of your package.
